Asanas: (Postures) basic, intermediate and advance to increase flexibility, fitness and prepare our body and mind for better and happier life.

Pranayama: (Breathing techniques) Increases oxygen to the entire body and removes carbon dioxide, eliminate toxins from blood. Increases concentration power, gives you clarity of thought as well as tranquility .Reduction in our anxiety level regulating Prana flow, finally brings balance to the two main Nadis (Ida and Pingala) which lead Shushumna nadi to flow freely and brings profound state of meditation.

Yoga Nidra: (Psychic sleep), meditation, Ajapa Japa, Ashwini Mudra, Vajroli Mudra and Moola bandha and Shavasana to increase the relaxed state of  our mind and help with self-analysis. Mudra (attitude) and Bandha (lock). 

Shatkarma: (Six action of purification) ensures the balances between the three doshas - kapha (mucus), pitta (bile) and vatta (wind) since any imbalance of the doshas brings illness to the body and the mind.

Kunjal kriya: To dissolves mucus and hinders the secretions of acid in the stomach with the help of  warm saline water. During the expulsion of water from the stomach, nerves spasm, and reduces tension in the stomach muscles and the respiratory system.

Neti kriya: (Nasal cleansing)-To ease breathing, it is necessary to have nasal passages that are free from mucus and pollution. This also relieves allergies such as colds, sinusitis and disorder of the eyes, ears and throat, reduces the tension of the face muscles, and has a cooling effect on the brain. Anxiety, anger and depression can be alleviated. This can be useful in the treatment of epilepsy as well as migraine.

Yoga Therapy:  Different courses for the treatment of a wide range of psychological disorders and physical illnesses ranging from fertility problems, asthma, diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, arthritis, gastric and ulcer disorders. 

Yoga and pregnancy: Three groups of Pawanmukhta asanas (postures), anti-rheumatic, digestive and energy block series.
Pranayama (breath control) to strengthen nervous system, bring balance to the autonomic nervous system and enhance voluntary control over the respiratory system. Such as Nadi Shodhana, Bastrika, Bhramary and Ujjayi pranayama.Yoga  Nidr (psychic sleep) and Ajapa japa (Meditation).
